Reiki + Restore -

You will start your session with guided centering and breathing, moving into restorative yoga poses using props to fully support the body; allowing you to relax the mind and tap into the parasympathetic nervous system. Each pose is held for 3 -5 mins to help deepen stress relief, your level of calm and begin to help balance the equilibrium between the mind and body.
While you are in the yoga poses, you will be immersed in the healing energy of Reiki, surrounding you like a wonderful glow of warmth and compassion through your practitioner’s guided hand movements, promoting feelings of peace, well-being, love and awareness.
You’ll complete your practice with a healing sound bath; deepening connection and healing of the parasympathetic nervous system, cleansing your energy, and relaxing the mind + body.
