It's not just this brand of drinks - liquid calories and sugar and chemicals are SO important to watch out for! Food Babe is doing great work, if you have seen her before, she points out a lot of holiday foods with chemicals and dyes - and is a pioneer in getting it out of our cereals (and other products) in the US - which the UK (same brand manufacturer) doesn't have.
