I was called by my Oversoul to return to Sedona to unlock a harmonic I'd placed there eons ago. I trusted and followed my Oversoul's lead and had a life changing experience last week. I brought my drum, She'Mara, with me and together we sat at the base of Bell Rock. As I played her I felt frequencies unlock within me and Bell Rock echoed them back in recognition. It was beautiful. ❤️

You Are Reaching the Summit!

Hi friends! Welcome to December! 2025 has been a wild ride, but the Angels are letting us know that we’re finally reaching the summit of our long, long climb and we have a lot to look forward to on the other side of the peak. They’re encouraging us not to get caught up in the chaos going on in the world today, but to continue to focus on what they’ve taught us about healing ourselves first and foremost. Let’s choose to look at the end of 2025 as the end of a long climb, and the beginning of exciting possibilities of what’s to come in 2026 and beyond.

Your Sun is a key player in the Ascension process currently underway. It is not just a ball of fire and flame; it is a portal in constant contact and communication with the Great Central Sun. Ascension Light Codes have been filtering through your Sun and from there dispersing through your Solar System. Many questions have been asked about the object that has been named 3I/Atlas, what it is, what it may be doing, and why is it showing up now, and we tell you that this object was encoded with Architectural Light Codes that were meant to be distributed to your Solar System at this precise time. There is no accident in the timing of this object’s arrival. It was meant to work with your Sun in spreading its Architectural Harmonic Light Codes to you and to Gaia. The same Harmonic Beings that helped with Gaia’s creation also created these Architectural Harmonic Light Codes to aid in the Ascension of Gaia and Humanity. It was set to arrive when the consciousness of Humanity reached the point that it was ready to move forward into the next alignment. The timing of its arrival is no mistake, it was planned. While the majority do not know what to make of its arrival, or what its purpose is, know this, it is here to be of assistance to Gaia and to Humanity.

Currently there are many solar flares and coronal mass ejections (CME’s) coming from your Sun. These are a delivery system for the changing and upgrading harmonics that are now flowing to and through your solar system. 3I/Atlas is also using these to distribute its upgraded Architectural Harmonics to you and to Gaia. Your physical bodies are being changed from a carbon-based design to a crystalline design, which is capable of holding much more light than you have ever been able to hold before and thereby allowing for the deeper embodiment of your Oversoul. These changes to your physical body are causing many symptoms that you are currently experiencing. They have been dubbed “Ascension Symptoms” by many, and they are real. There are adjustments being made to your nervous system, there are activations of the pineal gland, and light is flowing out in all directions from the light pulsing up and down your spine. You will be experiencing head pressure as the crown chakra expands, waves of heat as your Oversoul begins to embody form more fully, and extreme fatigue as your nervous system adjusts to the influx of light. It is so important to listen to your body when it asks for rest, even if it’s a nap in the middle of the day, because it is your Oversoul asking for quietness and the freedom to make the adjustments it needs to make. Honor your body’s request for water and high vibratory, alive foods. If you take the time to listen, it is asking for what it needs.

My dear ones, do not fear the changes that are overcoming you. It is the chaos that will bring about the order. Do not turn back halfway through the storm, you must continue moving forward to reach the end. There is nothing to fear in this process, it is an event full of joy. Never has a civilization fallen so far into separateness and lifted themselves out of the darkness. This experience you are currently participating in with Gaia is like no other, this is the first time this depth has been allowed to be explored. We have said before, there were so many that wished to be a part of this historic event that were not able to participate. You are the lucky ones! Know that you chose to be here to participate in this process, and in doing so you reclaim your Soul Sovereignty.

These messages will continue for the next few years of the upcoming changes, but right now, right now is the most difficult point. Right now, you are approaching the summit of the mountain, and it requires one final push to surpass the exhaustion of the climb. 2026 will be your time at the summit and there will be much to be celebrated. From there on you will be riding the relative ease of the downhill egress. Of course, your chosen frequency and coherence will affect the experiences you are having. There are those that will continue in 3rd Density because, even if it is an unconscious choice being made by their Oversoul, they have more they want to experience in that density. There is no judgement, they are not doing it “wrong” because they choose not to ascend in frequency at this time. Remember, all roads lead home eventually.

Now is the time to remember what we have been teaching you, and we highly recommend that you continue your internal focus on healing yourself and living from your Heart Space. The chaos is simply the breaking down of the old paradigm of existence on Earth. You may choose to react and let it distract you by bringing you into judgement, or you may choose to view it as an opportunity to recognize that you can make a different choice. You can choose to stay in Unconditional Love, Forgiveness, and Non-Judgement no matter what is going on around you. If you allow the chaos to draw you outside of your Heart Space and into judgement about what is happening in the world, then you are still participating in the old paradigm and still allowing it power over you. If you recognize that you have the choice to remain in your Heart Space, to choose to live as your True Self and fully embody your Oversoul, then you will be helping to birth Unity Consciousness on Earth. This is what you are on Earth at this time to do, and we are always with you supporting you in any way we can.

BECOMING ONE WITH YOUR OVERSOUL

Hello everyone, welcome to November! It’s so amazing how fast this year has gone, and how many unprecedented events have occurred.

The Angels this month are talking about some of those unprecedented events, such as the Solar Flares and Coronal Mass Ejections (CME’s) that have been coming from our sun and their purpose in our lives. There are so many cosmic events occurring right now that are happening to assist us in awakening and preparing our physical bodies to move beyond this 3rd Density experience. It is our graduation time, and there is no shortage of help and excitement for us!

Dearest ones, we are with you again this month to speak about the merging that is taking place with your Oversoul. This is what is occurring as you leave the carbon-based 3rd Density behind. As your body becomes crystalline based, rather than carbon based, it makes it possible to merge completely with your True Self, which is your Oversoul.
The energy coming from your sun at this time is sending brilliant Light Codes to reactivate your DNA which has lain dormant for a very long time. Your scientists have called it junk DNA but there is nothing junk about it. It has held in safe keeping all of your “superpowers” that you chose to do without as you chose to experience an even deeper 3rd Density. As these “powers” come back online you will understand why they have lain dormant during the deeper dive in density. They hold the codes of your Divine Self, which allows for full and complete merging with that part of you that is the Spark of the Divine within.

Do not be in fear of your Sun’s activity, he works in concert with the Great Central Sun and is providing Gaia and every creature upon her the assistance needed for awakening and transmutation into the next great experience of Frequency and Light. In clear awareness you are able to choose consciously your path with open eyes. Those in fear only draw more of what they fear to them and their experience of this great upcoming Event will indeed match their frequency. In the Light you always see more Light, in the Darkness you only perceive more Darkness, but all is choice, and as we have said previously there is no judgement in any choice made for eventually all roads do lead to the same Home.

We have also been speaking to you of returning to your Heart Space and living your lives from there instead of from the Seat of Fear, which is your Mind. We have encouraged this in preparation for this very moment. As these Loving Light Codes that are currently steaming upon you from your Great Sun, you are becoming more crystalline in nature and frequency. This allows for complete merging with your Oversoul, the true Seat of your Power in truth, and where your “superpowers” come from. All the multidimensional, nonlinear ideas that you have been struggling to understand from 3rd Density habitation lives in your Oversoul. Once you ask and allow your Oversoul to engage and merge with you fully you will begin to grasp these concepts easier as your Oversoul walks with you through the thinning veil of the Forgotten Truth of you, your existence, and your place in the Universes as a Fractal of the Divine.

This is an incredible time like no other in Gaia’s history. Now is the time foretold by many and it is occurring now, in your “current” lifetime (in your linear time consideration). Will you choose to hold onto that linear density, or will you Awaken to see that you have been living in a constructed matrix for your earthly experience? There is no wrong answer, there is no “wrong”, only an answer, only choice. You are called to Awaken at this unprecedented time, to remerge with your Oversoul and to claim your multidimensionality. This one that channels our messages has been working on this and says she would be the first to admit that the process has not been easy. She has heard us speak to others about making choices to change, choices that change the way you interact with the world and the people in it, including the ones close to you. She has heard us say that the ones closest to you may not understand the changes in you and the new way that you interact with the world when you are ready to recognize the created construct that you been participating in and you decline to continue participation in that construct, and she is now experiencing this herself with a loved one. When you Awaken to this manufactured construct of reality that you have been living in, and you choose to live from your Heart Space and remerge with your Oversoul and choose to live a truthful existence not of the constructed matrix, those around you need time to adjust. They may fall away because the Truth of Being that you are now magnifying for them is too uncomfortable, or they may choose to accept the mirror you are offering and initiate the same soul deep progress that you are mirroring for them. It is not up to you to make people understand you or what you are experiencing, it is only for you to become one with your Oversoul and allow yourself to be the mirror for the world, whether they choose to use the mirror or not is up to them, not you.

In closing, we will reiterate, do not live in fear or any consideration of its associated and related emotions. Your Oversoul cannot meet you there but will always, and in all ways, be waiting for you to turn in its direction and to use your Free Will to offer a hand in complete trust and knowing of its care of you. It has no other purpose other than to take care of you, and it awaits your recognition of that fact and the invitation from you allowing it to fulfill its “soul” purpose (if you allow us a little play on words here). In doing so, you are allowing an integral piece of the puzzle to fall into place, the ultimate living embodiment of the Oversoul interacting with, and through you, with soul-full purpose and your full awareness and cooperation. We tell you, you are not waiting for any person or figure to return, or anything to fall from the sky to bring tidings of the Great Awakening. The one you have been waiting for is yourself.

Are you the Peter Pan Lola has been looking for?

If you have lost your shadow, don’t fret! Here is the perfect replacement for you: she’s grey, she’ll never leave your side, and her name is Lola.

Lola is a 10ish year-old pit-bull mix who weighs 70 pounds. Short and stocky, Lola has been described as a bonus shadow, a house hippo, and a land manatee. While all those descriptions are pretty accurate, one thing is 100% for sure: she is the sweetest, cutest senior gal you could ever hope to stumble upon.

Lola loves to give and receive love. She wants to snuggle with her people, be pet by her people, and gaze lovingly at her people all the time. She waits patiently for love by sitting quietly at your side any time you stop moving, and if you forget what your main job is (adoring her), she’ll remind you with a gentle paw or a lick to your low-hanging hand.

Lola is currently being fostered with large and small dogs, cats, chickens, and children. She gets along fabulously with everyone- especially the ones with hands that know how to pet her.

Being an older lady, Lola does likely have some arthritis, is a bit hard of hearing, and has recently recovered from an ear infection. She may also need bathroom breaks a bit more frequently than younger dogs. Otherwise, she gets along well at her own speed. She loves to explore and go for walks, or is also happy to help supervise your gardening or house projects.

Lola is up to date on appropriate vaccines, is microchipped, spayed, and house trained.
