Last week, our alumni managers, Andrea and Nicole, had the opportunity to attend the 2026 TPAS Spring In-Person Collaborative—connecting with passionate alumni and recovery professionals.

Through this experience, our alumni team learned directly from peers, exchanged ideas, and gained new perspectives that continue to expand their skillset. Engaging with others in the field allows them to bring back fresh approaches, strengthen their expertise, and better support our guests throughout their recovery journey.

Thank you to TPAS for hosting this event and for creating a space for alumni teams to continue their growth and education.

This community changes lives—and families.

Because of you, mothers and fathers can stay in treatment, transition into a sober life that was once thought impossible, and build a future the entire family believes in.

Thank you for being part of stories like this. This is gratitude in action.

Side by side—in the dish pit, the salad line, and every ordinary moment that turned out to be anything but—we learned humility. Accountability. And the quiet power of doing the next right thing, one day at a time.

Two years later, we’re still standing together. Still choosing honesty. Still grateful. And still focused on what matters most: showing up fully for the next 24 hours—and for the life that keeps unfolding beyond campus.

Endlessly grateful for this place, these people, and a future filled with possibility.

“We are people who normally would not mix…”

And yet, through shared commitment and support, lives are rebuilt long after leaving campus. From five-year anniversaries to daily acts of integrity, courage, and pride, the suggestions taken and habits practiced here carry forward into families, friendships, and communities.

Our common belief makes this possible. Our collective gratitude ensures it burns in perpetuity.

This is life beyond campus—and it is deeply worth celebrating.

Recovery doesn’t just change one life—it restores families, futures, and hope.

When a woman stopped Dr. Boris to say, “You saved my husband’s life… he came to High Watch,” the emotion and gratitude said everything.

Every story fuels our mission—Every person who walks the Hill of Hope deserves the chance to heal.

This is the work. This is the calling. This is the gift of recovery.

Bibs for world‑class races disappear fast—and the Sydney Marathon on Sunday, August 30, 2026 is one of the toughest to secure. But you still have a chance.

High Watch has access to premier races, and if you run with us, every mile carries someone else toward hope, healing, and the possibility of a new life. This isn’t just a race—it’s a chance to change a story.

If your heart is pulling you toward something bigger, don’t wait. These opportunities won’t last.

Leadership isn’t a title — it’s a responsibility.

At High Watch, we honor the women whose leadership is grounded in humility, consistency, and the kind of strength that lifts others rather than elevates itself. True leadership creates space for people to grow, heal, and rise. In the field of addiction recovery, this form of authentic, service‑driven leadership is not only meaningful; it is transformative.

In the spirit of International Women’s Day, we continue celebrating the women who guide, inspire, and strengthen our community every day.

Join us at our next Women in Leadership program. June 10, 2026

A day of learning, connection, and collective rising. More details coming soon.

Our amazing alumna and admissions superstar Bridget Dugan is running the Tokyo Marathon on March 1st to support High Watch! She’s taking on 26.2 miles (yes… on purpose) to help fuel the life‑changing work happening every day on the Hill of Hope.

By supporting Bridget during this milestone (pun intended 😄), you’re lifting her up and helping prove to our community that we truly can do hard and miraculous things—together.
We’re down to the final $1,000 of her fundraising goal, and every gift—of any size—is meaningful and directly supports our work here at High Watch.
