🌱 Getting ready for Grow Anyways this weekend.

The idea behind this event is simple: growth doesn’t have to be perfect. Sometimes it just means showing up and taking small steps forward.

We’re putting together a garden-themed, picnic-style creative hangout where people can slow down, make something with their hands, and spend time with others who understand the journey.

A little creativity, a little fresh air energy, and hopefully a fresh start for the week ahead.

We still have a few spots left if you’d like to join us. 🌱

🎟 Link to the tickets in the comments!

Rural Minds Program Director Carol Anderson recently joined host Jesse Allen on American Ag Network to discuss the newly launched Farmer Mental Health Resilience Program.

Developed with the generous support of VM Agritech, the program was created by Rural Minds to provide farmers and ranchers, farm families, farm workers, and those who support them with practical, trusted mental health resources.
