Kate is a Marin mom of two beautiful boys who spends winter weekends skiing and summers on the East Coast. Traveling internationally for work had meant less time for self care. She came to Bare Skin Marin in hopes of looking as vibrant as she felt in a way that was low maintenance, low-key, and compatible with her “on the go” lifestyle.

To date, Kate has completed our signature service Skin to StructureTM.  The Release restored her browlift and calm smile at rest; Moxi/BBL HEROic in conjunction with Sculptra improved skin luminosity; and lip filler restored internal hydration.

This transformation reflects what most of our patients want — to look better, not “different.”  To soften the signs of stress, restore brightness, and feel more like themselves again.

Patients often ask, “Which product is best? Do I need filler, Sculptra, or Radiesse?” If only the answer were so simple. See, the “best” product depends on patient anatomy, lifestyle, and the goal of the treatment at hand.

4 uncomfortable truths I’ve learned as a CEO in aesthetic medicine

1. Aesthetic medicine is not the “lifestyle” career you imagined.
Behind every polished result are years of trial, error, and full-body commitment. You won’t build excellence working two days a week.
2. “No” is the new “Yes.”
Your reputation is built just as much on what you say no to as what you deliver. Boundaries protect your excellence.
3. When hiring, no amount of skill can make up for a misalignment in values.
If someone doesn’t share your vision, they’ll quietly erode your culture, no matter how qualified they are.
4. The newest thing isn’t always the best thing.
