Self-Care in Action ✨

Body Sculpt Better Body Bar & Spa was honored to partner with one of our favorite non-profits Community Of Hearts as part of a Mental Health Stress-Free Saturday at First Community AME Church during their food pantry.

Our incredible massage therapists shared the gift of relaxation and self-care, and the love in the room was undeniable. Seeing smiles, lowered stress, and moments of peace reminded us why this work matters.

True wellness is about meeting people where they are… mind, body, and spirit. Thank you to First Community AME Church for opening your doors and trusting us to serve your community.

Everyone deserves to feel good, especially during the holidays.

We joined Cars & Community at Kentwood Community Church because it was a whole vibe! Beautiful vintage cars, great people, and a whole lotta love for the Lord! We took the Relaxation Station over to donate free massages and share self-care kits.

You won’t see the hood popped on our Relaxation Station because it’s not a car, but it is a vehicle for mental health!
We’re tuned up, filled up, and here to help folks recharge so they can keep serving others with joy.

God, good people, and good vibes can’t ask for more than that!

THOSE Red Lights…We did THAT!

My business team Body Sculpt Better Body Bar & Spa was honored to provide a much needed moment of self-care at the Teach Michigan Conference right in the heart of the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel Ballroom!

We transformed a ballroom into a serene spa oasis, where over 150 hardworking educators experienced relaxation, relief, and rejuvenation. From massage therapy to our signature wellness stations, teachers were pampered like the heroes they are!

A HUGE thank you to our incredible team and our amazing partners at Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts & Sciences your skill and heart made the experience unforgettable.
