Today I was gifted this beautiful art work from, long time clients/friends of mine. They took pictures of the waiting room in my office and sent them to their friend who is an artist in Northern Michigan. Happy New Year, everyone! I’m a day late with this post, but I’m focusing on finding more balance in my life this year. I took yesterday completely off and promised myself that whenever I take a day off in 2026, I’ll truly disconnect—no work, no emails, no calls—just rest and time with family and friends. I hope you can also carve out time for yourselves this year. 2025 was tough for many of us, filled with major changes, losses, and unexpected challenges. My wish for 2026 is that we all find our footing again and embrace healing, health, love, unity, resilience, motivation, and strength so we can move forward in amazing new ways—both individually and together. Tell the people you love how much they mean to you, and find compassion for those you don’t know. Here’s to a fresh start in 2026—may all your dreams come true!

Every single person that has been a part of my life, for a short time or a long time, friend or foe, is a blessing to me. During these difficult times in our country I'm choosing to focus on the beauty in us and around us each and every day because raising our energy and vibration is what will get us through this.
