Dr. Roni Helene Grace Wright is a member of the faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. As a research group leader specializing in cancer biology and metastasis mechanisms, she is deeply committed to advancing their understanding to identify new drivers with the hope of one day translating that knowledge to patients.

Welcome to this week's episode of Isn’t That Interesting?! We’re joined by Dr. Carrie Hruska, who received research grants from earlier.org in 2009 and 2011 for "Molecular Breast Imaging for Screening of Women at Average Risk of Breast Cancer” and “Evaluation of Low-dose Molecular Breast Imaging for Detection of Breast Cancer.” In 2013, she received a grant for "Development and evaluation of a combined molecular breast imaging/breast ultrasound system.”
