Hey, Friends! Long time no post, I know. Life has been super busy the past few months with wedding planning and packing for a move. Now that I’m settled down, I’m ready to open my books back up to new clients! 🎉

I will be accepting new clients Monday-Friday between 9am-3pm for the time being.

As always, thank you thank you THANK YOU to all of my clients who have kept me in business since I started my self employment journey at The Well Nest! You all are so amazing and appreciated 💙

Most of you know I went full time here at The Well Nest in January and my books have been consistently full thanks to you all - & I am SO grateful! It is important that I have two full days of rest between my busy weeks to make sure my body stays in good shape and I do not over work myself.

Decorating this space is my favorite thing to do ✨🥰 When I put these shelves up, I knew I wanted to to display essential oils, cups and some plants. But I also REALLY wanted to display some products from my friends apothecary, . Raegan puts so much love and intent into her products and they are made right here in the triad!

Adapted Healing Apothecary draws knowledge and inspiration from herbal medicine to make intentional offerings that nurture the body, nourish the nervous system, and alchemize self care rituals- as well as on a mission to spread awareness on the use of herbs for home health by hosting local interactive workshops.
