Some services are great on their own. But when you pair the right ones together, your body actually gets to complete the process instead of just starting it.

Here’s why these three combos work so well:

Massage + Head Spa ✨

Massage releases tension in the body, but so much of that tension starts at the top. The head spa works the scalp, neck, and cranial muscles in a way that deepens everything the massage already did. Full-body reset from head to literal toe.

Compression Therapy + Acupuncture/Fire Cupping ✨

Both speak directly to your lymphatic system. Acupuncture gets fluid and energy moving internally, compression mechanically pushes that lymph through your limbs. Best combo if you’re dealing with puffiness, sluggishness, or feeling like your body is holding onto everything.

Cryotherapy + Infrared Sauna ✨

Your lower back is tight, your breathing is shallow, and allergy season is not helping either one.

These 4 stretches work on both at the same time, and that’s the whole point of Pilates.

Every movement is tied to intentional breath, which means you’re also training your lungs while you decompress your spine. Really useful when allergy season has your chest feeling heavy.

What makes .to.the.core’s classes different is that she’s also a pelvic floor physical therapist. She understands how the pelvic floor, core, and lower back are all connected, and she tailors every class to who’s actually in the room that day.
