Q: Why do you work in the senior living industry?
A: My "why" has to be the people, both residents and team members. At a recent event, I had a resident take a bite of lobster. She closed her eyes and savored it for a long time. When she opened her eyes she smiled, looked at me and said, "Thank you." I thought to myself, 'That's why I do this.'

Q. What's your favorite thing about Juniper culture?
A. You have the opportunity to advance if you are willing to put in the work. You are not just a number.

Q: What do you like to do for fun?
A: The best way to spend a day off is finding a new restaurant or a new dish. Spending some time with my kids, and the people I love.

What an exciting day at Juniper! We held our very first senior-friendly obstacle course, and it was a blast! Participants truly showed off their skills, competing in different games and earning well-deserved prizes. Our associates even joined in on the fun with some thrilling wheelchair racing! We kept energized with healthy snacks and refreshing drinks. What a truly enjoyable event for everyone!
