🍓🍓PLEASE READ🍓🍓
I have not been the best at posting classes, but I AM still teaching! So, just as an update. I work multiple jobs. Including one that is full-time. Due to this. I struggle to post and remind people of upcoming classes.

With that being said, please know that if you decide to join me for a class. My classes talk the whole hour. The only class I teach that is quiet and zen is library yoga twice a month.

If you come to a Sunday or Wednesday class, we WILL have certified yappers that blow through a plethora of subjects. Including books, life, vent sessions, animals, work, frogs specifically, etc. All while we stretch out and move. (We will laugh often).

If this is not your vibe. I encourage you to stick to library yoga. Or attend Amanda's Friday Hot Mellow Yoga and her full moon events.
She has all the quiet, zen magic.

My classes have always been and will remain pure shenanigans. (Besides library yoga. That is chill.)

The best way to know if a class is happening is to check online through WIX on humblingBloom.com
Or message! If you check in and ask if class is still happening. I will respond back!
Or just booking online through WIX is easiest.

If you are looking for a not very serious class with weird talking subjects. I am your teacher. Please come and join! (We do get quiet and serious for Savasana.)

It's a crazy time, and I'm sorry for not posting like I should! I also will probably not get any better. But at least this will remain on all my pages for those who want to come to a class.

Have a beautiful week!

You know what time it is! See ya tomorrow! Bring a donation, bring a mat, and let's relax and move.

Saturday is a good day for Library Yoga.

If you need something sooner. Come see me tonight (it's like a book/fight club hot yoga class. Lots of talking. Lots of complaining. Good stretches).
Weirdest class ever.

If you need more mediation, go see Amanda at Friday Hot Mellow. Or at her Sound Bath at the Library Friday evening.

And then catch me Saturday morning for your Library yoga fix.

Come find me in class tomorrow.

I've literally been working all day. Every day since the flood. Volunteering, not sleeping, just pushing through. But maybe a little hot yoga will be nice. I'll make it gentle. We can vent. Or cry. Or just be.

We talk about weird things for an hour and take a breath.

This comes as no surprise, as our community is reeling from the devastation of the day. But in case you missed it. The l...

This comes as no surprise, as our community is reeling from the devastation of the day.

But in case you missed it. The library is closed tomorrow. No class in the morning.

I will be volunteering where I can to help clean up. Starting at The Riverside Nature Center.

I encourage you to do the same. Find a place to help, let's knit together as a community, and help each other. Help businesses clean up debris. Volunteer at shelters where help is needed. If you are not in the area or able to physically help. There are many places to donate.
The Community Foundation has a fund collecting to help local people.
