FREE EAR ACUPUNCTURE CLINICS STARTING JULY 22ND: In the wake of the devastating July 4th flood, we are offering free ear acupuncture to help with stress relief, grief support, trauma recovery, and community healing. Initial days/times are: Tuesdays 5 pm to 7 pm and Fridays 11 am to 1 pm.

Sometimes it takes a few sessions to fully relax during a treatment. That's totally normal! The truth is that it can be hard to relax for an hour when you're accustomed to staying busy.

Acupuncture slows us down, and at first, that can feel strange. Be gentle with yourself. We're here to help you learn to stop, rest and support your body in healing.
