Lifeguard Training
June 3rd to June 7th 2019 in Comfort TX
9am to 6pm each day.

Pre-Requisites to Become a Lifeguard:
(You will be tested the 1st day of class).

• Swim 300 yards using either Breaststroke or Front Crawl (Free Style).
• Swim 20 yards, retrieve a 10 pound object in 7-10 feet of water, swim to starting point on back using only kick with both hands on the object, exit pool without using stairs or ladder. Timed: 1 minute 40 seconds.
• Tread water for 2 minutes with arms crossed using only your kick.
