Jackie, I just need to tell you. I seriously have not felt this great in years!! That was the best experience ever. No joke. It was the first time in at least 2 years I brushed my hair and put a bra without pain. My back is still really warm and I can just feel my muscles relaxing. I definitely will be back for more.

I firmly believe my purpose of existence is to help and heal.
Every single day I have the PRIVILEGE of making a difference in someone's life and that makes my heart explode with happiness.

Some days I am reminded how lucky I truly am but oftentimes forgetting how easy it is to get caught up in the world around you as well.
