If you are lucky enough to never experience panic/anxiety attacks , be glad. You are fortunate❤️
If you aren’t that lucky I just want to share with you something I have learned. I haven’t suffered from these monsters in a few years as I learned my triggers and what to do to stop them before they go full blown .
Ask for a hug. A really good genuine hug can literally stop the attack from going any further .
I wanted to share this as I have to thank those that have helped me get thru the last couple I recently had just by a simple hug.
Thank you for calming my nervous system and putting me back at homeostasis.
These are real and if you ever are struggling, please feel free to reach out to me. I get you. I understand you. I can help get you thru those moments❤️
I would never wish these on my worst enemy. Learning how to control them instead of them controlling you is the victory!
