Movement is more powerful when we do it together. Whether itâs a family hike, a neighborhood walk, or a community dance night, group activities bring us closer while keeping our bodies strong and minds sharp.

A beautiful example of this was the âWalk For Themâ Water Walk on April 6, 2025. Community members walked from Shawano Dam to Keshena Falls, honoring the journey of fish returning to their spawning groundsâa journey they can no longer complete. It was a powerful way to move together in ceremony, remembrance, and healing.
