I’m hosting a free live discussion today at 6pm est focused on using tabletop RPGs (focus on Daggerheart) in more intentional ways.

We’ll be talking about things like:

running games that support player agency and emotional safety

using TTRPGs for connection, reflection, or community-building

working with neurodivergent players, kids/teens, or mixed groups

You don’t need experience with Daggerheart.
You don’t have to talk, listening is totally fine.

The discussion is hosted inside my Skool community, but joining and attending is free.

If that sounds useful or interesting, use the link below!

A community using games, creativity, and storytelling to grow, connect, and build skills together in a supportive, neurodivergent-friendly space.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone! I hope you all are having a wonderful day! ♥️

Board games are more than fun—they’re mental workouts. From planning and memory to social skills and flexible thinking, play strengthens key cognitive abilities in an engaging, low-pressure way. 🎲🧠✨

Healing spells in fantasy games aren’t just magic—they’re metaphors. Shield becomes a boundary, Calm Emotions a deep breath. Through play, players learn real-life coping skills in powerful, memorable ways. ✨

Sometimes, the game needs a pause. Breaking the fourth wall during TTRPGs helps ensure emotional safety, address real-life issues, and build trust. It’s a reminder: players come first, story second. 🎭💬

✨ Healing spells aren't just for fantasy worlds.

In D&D, players explore emotional resilience, empathy, and recovery through storytelling. Every support role, spell, and shared moment can reflect real-life coping skills—making the game a powerful tool for personal growth and healing. 💬🛡️🎲

Dragons Den Counseling is now accepting new clients and referrals for both individual counseling and therapeutic tabletop role-playing groups!

I specialize in working with neurodivergent kids, teens, and young adults through a blend of traditional therapy and geek culture, offering a supportive space where clients can explore identity, develop coping skills, and build confidence. Individual sessions integrate interests like games, stories, and fandoms to make therapy engaging, meaningful, and accessible.

Group therapy sessions are also open for registration, with current offerings for kids (ages 7–12), teens (13–17), and adults (18+). These tabletop RPG therapy groups use games such as Dungeons and Dragons and Daggerheart to use collaborative storytelling and roleplay to support social skills, emotional growth, and self-expression in a structured, therapeutic setting.
