This week’s spotlight is Cameron, Chaplain with Adena Hospice! 💙

During Home Health and Hospice Month, we’re proud to highlight teammates like Cameron who go above and beyond to support patients and families.

Recently, Cameron received a “Wow! Award” ⭐ after stepping in when a hospital chaplain wasn’t available. Even though the patient wasn’t under Adena Hospice, Cameron took the call after hours, prayed with her 🙏, and brought comfort when she needed it most.

He is known for his compassion, humor, and heart—whether he’s supporting families, uplifting his team, or showing up in costume as a farmer 🚜, the Tin Man 🤖, or even Prince Charming 👑. Rumor has it he also makes a mean lemonade! 🍋

Ashleigh has been a Home Health Aide for nearly four years and loves the personal connections she builds with patients in their own homes. 🏡 Helping people regain independence and feel better during challenging times is what she finds most rewarding. 💖

Outside of work, she enjoys running and has completed the National Children’s Half Marathon three times! 🏃‍♀️ She finds it especially meaningful to see children and families cheering along the sidelines—reminding her why she loves caring for others. 👏

We’re seeking a Community Educator to join our hospice team in Bloomington, Indiana — a role that blends clinical expertise, relationship-building, and the delivery of compassionate care to patients and families.

In this deeply rewarding position, you’ll:
🤝 Build and nurture meaningful relationships with physicians, referral partners, and community organizations
💬 Educate families and healthcare providers about the comfort, dignity, and support hospice care provides
