💪🏻Master Your Body – Monday’s 6:15-7 PM - 45-minute strength and movement class focused on control, form, and intentional training. Work through functional strength, stability, and mobility to build a body that feels powerful, capable, and resilient. This class is about moving with purpose — not rushing reps, but truly mastering how your body moves.
💪🏻Master Your Brain – Wednesday’s 6:15-7 PM - 45-minute mind-body experience designed to sharpen focus, reduce stress, and build mental resilience. Through breathwork, intentional movement, and guided mental challenges, you’ll train your nervous system as much as your muscles. This class helps you slow down, reset, and learn how to stay present — in workouts and in life. (Expect a sound bath at most sessions 👀🤩)
💪🏻Master Your Friday – Friday once a month 6:15-7 AM - A monthly, free community class held on a pre-determined Friday morning. Each 45-minute session is a surprise — different format, different focus, and always good vibes. Strength, conditioning, mobility, or something totally new… you won’t know until you show up. No pressure, all levels welcome — just come move, have fun, and kick off your Friday feeling energized and connected. The next one is March 13th!
💪🏻Baddie Bootcamp - Tuesday’s 5:30-6 AM and Thursday’s 5:30-6 AM and 6-6:30 AM) - 30-minute high-energy interval class built around timed circuits and rotating stations. Blend strength and conditioning to elevate your heart rate, challenge your endurance, and move with intensity. Efficient, focused, and empowering — show up ready to work, leave feeling unstoppable.
