I’m SO proud of my KP team getting up and at it this morning with the Turkey Trot!! 3 of them have never even raced before!! 🤩😎💪🏻 What an experience!!
You can do hard things! Uncomfortable things. Mentally, physically and emotionally challenging things. SO SO SO proud of us!! Now to enjoy the stuffing and pie 🦃😆🫡🤌

I LOVE learning bodies (hello PT route👀) and helping you learn yours 🥹. If you experience trap/neck/shoulder limitations/ailments… check your scapulas! Winging could be a sign of weakness in your rhomboids (and maybe some trapezius & serratus anterior involvement) and there’s exercises we can do to help that! Thanks for the great demonstration ! 🫶🏻💪🏻

Learning to love fitness and moving your body is essential! You can’t hate your way to a better life/body/ideal world.

So proud of all my muscle mommies out here grinding week after week. I know it takes a lot to say, “I want to do this for me”. And “I want to make time for me.” To be the best mom, you gotta be your best self! ❤️ Keep pushing, you’re all setting amazing examples. 🥰🫶🏻💕💪🏻👏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻

This cause is close to my heart. I know what it means to start over — to rebuild your strength, your confidence, and your sense of safety.

In October we moved for healing, hope, and support for those who need it most.

All our Bootcamps in October were donated to the Artemis Center, an organization doing incredible work to support survivors of domestic violence.

We teamed up with Coreplex Fitness for a Food & Donation Drive, extending our impact even further within the community. 🙏🏻

Every rep, every drop of sweat, every donation made an impact. 💜

Together, we rise. We heal. We lift each other up.
