Saturn GlyphYou don’t often see three planets turning retrograde within four days! This rare synchronicity starts today (5/11) with Saturn turning retrograde, followed by Venus on 5/13 and Jupiter on 5/14. For the moment, we’ll focus on Saturn.

Saturn turns retrograde at 1°57′ Aquarius. He’ll turn direct again in about about 4-1/2 months, on 9/29, at 25°20′ Capricorn. When a planet’s retrograde, it’s a great time to reflect on how you can best partner with it.

This month of May has a lot going on, from an an emphasis on trickster Uranus, in Ta**us, to a T-square involving a powerful placement of transformative Pluto, to a Venus retrograde period that is initiated after the first ten days of the month, and including a series of retrogrades and planetary ingresses that occur mid-month leading up to a quite potent Last Quarter Moon in Aquarius on Thursday, May 14th! This is not to mention the Gemini New Moon of May 22nd that trines Saturn in Aquarius and features Venus and Mercury together, squaring Neptune in Pisces. All the outer planets are therefore highlighted in this dynamic month.

Entreat me for a brief moment. I do have a medical degree but it is not in infectious diseases. It is in clinical psychology. People are experiencing such a wave of despair over this. Although I cannot solve COVID. Let me give you some emotional healing. Please change your mindset from social distancing to physical distancing. We can personally connect with our friends and loved ones through phone calls, skype, zoom, Facebook twitter, and yes, NEXT DOOR. I understand that a lot of you were not around in the 50s when we had an outbreak of leprosy. It was BAD NEWS and 100% fatal. People had teeth, ears and fingers fall off. They were shipped off to colonies for isolation to Hawaii. Through no fault of their own, they were ostracized for something of which they were totally innocent. I praise God for technology and the human resolve. Please join me to be a champion for emotional health.
