Our clinics in Kewanee, Colona & Toulon offer Family Practitioner led clinic services to all local residents. First Choice Healthcare services are provided by the Henry-Stark County Health Department in order to further the organization’s mission: to protect and improve the health of the community. With Clinic locations in Kewanee and Colona, First Choice Healthcare is here to serve you! We accept most insurances, and offer access to low-cost healthcare to those without health insurance or those who have a high insurance deductible. You do not have to be a resident of Henry or Stark County to access many services. This institution is an equal opportunity provider. Our Kewanee clinic is available for “Walk-In” appointments Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm. Our Colona clinic is open for appointments only Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Therefore, our clinics will offer a lab special during the month of April featuring a combination General Health/Thyroid/CBC Panel Blood Test for only $50. This test also includes a full lipid “Cholesterol” panel. Appointments are necessary. These lab specials are available on a “Cash Only” basis.

The Stark County Health Department & the First Choice Healthcare Clinic in Toulon remind residents the Toulon Telepharmacy is NOW OPEN FOR BUSINESS. This means that Stark County residents can now fully take advantage of this multi-service healthcare clinic. The Clinic and Telepharmacy are located at 120 E. Court St., Toulon. The Telepharmacy business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The pharmacy will close daily from 12:30-1:00pm for lunch.

Colorectal Cancer is the second leading cancer killer in the United States. And yet, this need not be the case. Studies show if everyone age 45 or older had regular screening tests, at least one-third of deaths from this cancer could be avoided. Therefore, the First Choice Healthcare Clinics are pleased to announce they have FREE Home FIT Tests available to local residents aged 45-75. The FREE FIT Tests are available at our clinics in Kewanee & Toulon. Call for more information or stop by any location 8:00am-4:00 Monday through Friday for your FREE FIT Test.
