📢 It's Monday, you already know we're shouting out another fantastic Mission Partner!
Meet Tenille Wrobleski, MSN, RN, TNS, director of Nursing Operations – Emergency Department for West Central Illinois, and a steady, compassionate force behind the scenes of some of our busiest moments. With 20 years at OSF HealthCare, Tenille leads with heart, purpose and a serious talent for problem-solving.
What she loves most about her role is clearing the path for frontline Mission Partners so they can focus on what matters most: caring for people. She thrives on improving systems, tackling tough challenges and making the work more sustainable and supportive – because emergency nursing is complex, and our teams deserve to feel heard, valued and backed up.
💬 "Serving with the greatest care and love means leading with compassion, humility and accountability – seeing both the person receiving care and the Mission Partner as whole people, advocating for what’s right and creating a space where everyone can do their best work."
And now, fun facts:
💕 Tenille is mom to a 6-year-old daughter, Faith, and shares a very full (and very loved) house with her partner Justin.
🐾 Their very full house includes a Golden Retriever named Charlie and four cats – including Rue and Percy, two special additions who spent their early lives in a shelter and are now living their best, spoiled-at-home lives.
⚾ They are huge sports fans, specifically going to baseball and hockey games. Check out the photo of them at a New York Mets game – it was 106° (!!!), so you know they are die-hard fans.
📣 "Let's go Mets! Let's go Rangers!!!!"
🌆 The family also loves traveling to New York to visit Justin’s family.
Around here, it’s all about people, pets and plenty of heart. 💚 We’re grateful for leaders like Tenille who make exceptional care possible – one barrier removed at a time.
