Big decision.. what to put in the jar ? Candy, quarters, tea lights, flowers??? Shirley took the win in BOWLING WITH THE CHAMPS this week. Elfriede won the GOLD medal, but was too humble for a photo. Only two ball bounce catches separated gold from silver!

Congratulations Jordan!! We cheered for you while we ate lunch šŸ‡±šŸ‡· We have Olympians among us too! Our first event, ā€œFloat n Flipā€ took first place by team RJ-SS, they kept their balloon in the air for an all time record at KMG…1 minute 19 seconds. Way to go!!!
If there was an Olympic event for balloon ball, I know KMG would bring home the gold. It’s always great when caregivers can take a moment to join in on the fun.. and look…Fr. Patrick was in the right place at the right time!

Starting the week on a high note šŸ’•ā˜•šŸŖ Our residents kicked things off with fresh-baked cookies, coffee in hand, and plenty of time to catch up with friends. We also got creative painting Valentine’s-themed watercolor art—now proudly on display throughout the unit. A sweet way to begin the week!

A Week Full of Fun!
This week was packed with smiles, creativity, and friendly competition. Residents enjoyed face painting on Monday in honor of National Body Art Day, we even convinced the caregivers to get in on the fun! Residents stayed active with their favorite exercise , Balloon Ball. A large group Uno game brought out everyone’s competitive side, and a true classic like ring toss added even more fun and excitement.
