CBRF residents wrapped up the busy week baking chocolate chip oatmeal cookies to share during BINGO. Mary thought it worked better to use her hands to mix the dough, plus using your hands is good when you have arthritis! Memories in Making painters brought not only their art to life, but reminisced about Catholic school and Easter traditions. Someone didn’t want to talk about her rabbit!? The baby chicks will be one week old on Sunday. They are growing fast and enjoying the attention and snuggles 💛🖤🤍

We love the “Three B’s” Bingo with family and friends”, Brewers and Bowling! In celebration of the baby chicks, the bingo prizes were “chicken related”. Before Carrie could claim her new purse with a GC to the local Coffee shop, she had to pretend she was a chicken! Thanks for being a good sport🐥 Sharon took home her very own baby chicks by knowing the chicks were born on a Sunday. Gene has been hiding his talent of origami, but hasn’t committed to teaching a class! Cool tie you made Gene!

Highlights from our week in MC! Bingo is always a fan favorite in the afternoons and Carol was the assistant caller today! Our residents also enjoyed Culinary Creations, crafts, spa hour, Devotions, and even some much needed time on the patio as spring creeps closer!

What a night at KMG! 🎶✨ Eric Diamond brought the house down, dazzling us with his iconic Neil Diamond classics along with some nostalgic hits from legends like Otis Redding and The Monkees.
Fun fact he shared—Neil Diamond actually wrote several songs for The Monkees! 🤯 And when “Sweet Caroline” came on… WOW. It was hands down one of the loudest singalongs of the night! 🎤💛
We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to do it again!

Our seniors have been embracing all the little moments that make life beautiful—fresh hairdos, relaxing manicures, sunny strolls in the warmer weather and books from the friendliest librarian, Megan. Smiles are everywhere, and laughter fills the air!

We’ve also had some wonderfully unique experiences lately. From sweet visits with adorable baby chicks 🐥 to an engaging virtual trip to Ireland, guided by the captivating storytelling of Sarah Bernhardt, there’s always something new to discover and enjoy.

It’s all about staying active, connected, and celebrating each day to the fullest🧡💛

Something new at KMG — The Breakfast Club! ☀️🍳
Today we enjoyed a delicious morning out with friends at Good Day Cafe. From eggs and pancakes to plenty of coffee, everything was amazing! Even better were the laughs and lively conversations shared around the table.
It was such a refreshing change of pace… and we made it back just in time before the day’s activities kicked into full swing!

Knights and Unicorns Daycare children brought back fond memories for those grandparents and great grandparents who don’t get see their own loved ones. The energy, excitement, and toothless smiles brought joy. The kids were just as excited to be able to meet the one day old chicks as we were! We ended the day with relaxing spa time. I think everyone will sleep well tonight!

Spring reminds us of new life! March 2, Platinum Sky Farm, Sussex, WI brought twenty-two potentially fertilized eggs, including three different breeds. On Sunday, March 22, we celebrated the birth of seven chicks. We know two are Marians, from France, because they have feathers on their legs/feet. We appreciate the “Midwives” Kelli & Caitlyn who were attentive in the progression of the hatching process.
