✨ New Office Policies ✨
Due to the recent increase in "No Call- No Show" appointments, we are implementing new policies at the office. We have to do this out of respect for our schedules and our time. Both Carli and Robin have very busy schedules. No call- no show appointments leave holes in their schedules that could otherwise be filled with patients who want to be seen. This policy also includes patients who show up 10-15+ minutes late for an appointment without notifying us. In the past, we have been very lenient with patients who do not show up for appointments. However, given how busy Carli and Robin's schedules are, we have to hold patients accountable. All that we ask is that you call us (preferably hours in advance, but again, life happens) and let us know you will not be able to make it to your appointment.
With our No Call- No Show policy, we are also creating another policy in regard to hazardous weather and travel. Wisconsin weather can be very unpredictable. Because of that, we will not hold it against you if you have to make a last second decision to cancel your appointment due to unsafe weather conditions. Again, all that we ask is that you call us to let us know that you are safe and that you will not be able to make it to your appointment.
