🏋🏻‍♂️Resistance Training: Engage in resistance exercises like weightlifting or bodyweight workouts to build muscle strength. By increasing muscle mass, your body becomes more efficient at using insulin, which helps regulate blood sugar levels.

🛏️Quality Sleep: Prioritize getting enough high-quality sleep each night to support optimal hormone balance and appetite control. When you’re well-rested, your body can effectively regulate insulin and other hormones that influence blood sugar levels.

🍗High-Protein Diet: Incorporate protein-rich foods like lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, legumes, and nuts into your meals. Protein not only helps repair and build muscle tissue but also boosts metabolism.

Covid-19 IgG/IgM Rapid antibody testing is now available. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When our bodies are exposed to a virus, it protects itself by creating "specialized" anti-bodies to combat that specific pathogen. The presence of anti-bodies tells us if you have previously been exposed to a particular virus, such as COVID-19, even if you never experienced symptoms.

The presence of anti-bodies normally means that you have built a natural immunity against future infections. Further, because many people are asymptomatic, testing for anti-bodies gives us further insight into the true spread rate of this virus. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This screening uses a blood droplet extracted via finger-prick to detect the presence of antibodies. This test is conducted on-site at Ethos Pharmacy, following careful safety protocols, and you will have results within 15 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
[*IMPORTANT: This test is NOT intended to diagnose an active Caronavirus infection. In fact, it can take the body up to 2 weeks to generate antibodies; therefore, you can test negative for anti-bodies but still be actively infected. Thanks to a certain stellar performance last night, "anti-aging" is trending all over the internet today.
