A very special and heartfelt thank you to the Doug Peel family 🐟🔥 for once again serving up the BEST fried fish anyone has ever tasted That legendary recipe truly takes this event to the next level and makes it even more successful 🙌😋

And a big thank you to the Caribbean Club 🌴🍹 for hosting us year after year and stepping up to cover the amazing venue so that every single dollar goes directly to these amazing kids and their hard earned adventure 💙✨

A Big thank you to Publix Key Largo at Tradewinds Plaza store number 1813 and their amazing managers for welcoming our fifth grade Key Largo School Safety Patrols to sell Fish Fry tickets 🙌🐟🎟️ The kids had a blast and did an incredible job!

This annual event is happening January 30 2026 at Caribbean Club MM 104 it helps send our KLS patrols to Washington DC at no cost to their families 🇺🇸✈️ What a huge gift for our community and we are so grateful for the support 💙🙏

🇺🇸 9/11 Patriot Day Remembrance at KLS 🇺🇸
This morning, our KLS community students, families, and friends gathered at the flagpole to honor the heroes of 9/11: first responders, medical personnel, and veterans.
We are grateful to our KLS Advanced Band, KLS Safety Patrol, and the team who led the Presentation of Colors for helping make the ceremony so meaningful.
Above all, we pause today to remember and honor the courage, sacrifice, and service of the heroes of September 11th. ❤️🤍💙

🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Today, Key Largo School came together to honor Patriot Day – 9/11. Our incredible band, led by Ms. Basin, along with the KLS Safety Patrol, created a heartfelt ceremony to remember and reflect.

We are so grateful to our local first responders who joined us today, allowing our students to personally thank you for your service, sacrifice, and dedication to keeping our community and country safe. ❤️🤍💙

This incredible achievement is a direct reflection of the hard work, dedication, and resilience of our students, the unwavering support of our families, and the continued excellence and commitment of our staff. Together, we’ve created a learning environment where success is a daily practice.

We could not have done this without each and every one of you. Thank you for believing in our mission, supporting our students, and contributing to a school culture rooted in growth, achievement, and community.
