📢 Now Hiring: Optometrist Front Desk / Optical Assistant

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our optometry practice. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with opportunities to grow and earn bonuses.

✨ Responsibilities Include:
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Verifying vision and medical insurance
• Collecting copays and processing payments
• Adjusting and dispensing eyeglasses

💼 Position Details & Benefits:
• Pay starts at $20 per hour
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
• Bonus opportunities available
• 401(k) benefits
• Medical insurance available
• Possible raise after 90 days based on performance

✅ Ideal Candidate:
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual a plus
• Experience in an optometry or medical office is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
