It’s always best to eat local and fresh. Here in Key West, we just wrapped up another mango season! We were very lucky this year foraging from Key West to Marathon. One thing I learned and became a master of is cutting the mango. At first it seemed daunting. Then, within no time I became

Smoothies are an essential part of my daily routine, and I cannot imagine my life without them. Packed full of organic fruits and vegetables, they provide me with the essential nutrients needed to help keep my energy levels up and digestion in check. I believe that having a daily smoothie routine is a good habit to form, and it has helped me to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

In my opinion, smoothies are an excellent way to start the day. They are easy to make, and you can customize them to your liking. I always make sure to include a mix of fruits and vegetables in my smoothies to ensure that I am getting a variety of nutrients. I also occasionally add some protein powder to help keep me feeling full and satisfied throughout the morning.

One of the best things about smoothies is that they are incredibly versatile. You can make them with just about any combination of ingredients that you like. I love experimenting with different fruits, veggies, and superfoods to create new and exciting flavors. I have even started to share my favorite smoothie recipes with friends and family.
