Thank you to everyone who gathered for DREAMING & WEAVING this past weekend at Shakti Yoga
this work was first dreamed into being during our 2025 Yoga retreat in Ireland, and I have been listening to it, shaping it, and walking alongside it ever since. Holding onto the thread .Each time it is shared, it continues to reveal itself – this weekend offered new textures, new insights, and quiet unfolding. 
The heart of the workshop is the creation of a space where things are allowed to emerge in their own time. This practice lives at the intersection of my Yoga, spiritual, and creative worlds, and it is never something I do alone. It is a collaboration – held, shaped and breathed into life by everyone in the room.
Thank you for showing up, for tending the space, and for allowing this work to keep becoming. I am continually amazed by what rises to the surface when we gather with care and intention.
