What is Yoga Nidra ??? Is it hard to do ???
Well, the hardest part is just showing up! Once you arrive, you will move gently; just enough to get the kinks out of your body. Then rest, completely supported by bolsters and blankets. There you will be guided to go deeper and deeper within. You will peel away the layers of stress and tension stored in your mind and body until arriving at the peaceful stillness within.
1/2 hour of Yoga Nidra = 3 hours of conventional sleep!
Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is extremely healing on all levels. It is a wonderful practice that guides the mind and body into total relaxation, where you can access a deeper level of inner awareness. You can release unwanted habits, tensions and self-limiting beliefs. Increase your body’s capacity for self healing and awaken to your greatest inner potential. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
