Do you experience sun damage? As spring break and summer approach, increased sun exposure is unavoidable. While SPF is essential, wearing a hat provides more effective protection by creating shade. I recommend that my clients wear hats consistently during the spring and summer. Although SPF offers protection, it is not foolproof, and some sun damage may still occur. To minimize this risk, wear a hat whenever possible.
