I hope everyone is having a relaxing Sunday and adjusting to Spring Forward. Although I hear the usual grumbles about feeling tired, I love this time of year because there's still plenty of light after I get off work. This is time I get to spend in my garden and not feel like I've spent the majority of the day inside. Enjoying nature at dusk fuels my soul!

NEW SERVICE! Elements Aromatherapy Massage. 4 Blends to choose from: Earth, Wind, Fire, Water. For the Month of March Locals take $25 off this service. (Discount will automatically be applied at checkout)
A high concentration of pure essential oils will be blended with a carrier oil. It will be warmed and poured down the spine and the back will be massaged with hot stones in a rhythmic wave until oil is absorbed. Full Body Massage will be customized for preferred pressure. Hot Towels are included for back, feet and neck.

Back in the Studio tomorrow after a rejuvenating family trip to Sedona, AZ. Nature really has a way of hitting the reset button. I highly recommend a visit if you've never been. It will remain on my list of places to visit again!
