Join Friday March 20th for our Complimentary Introductory Session. (This info/meet & greet on the 20th can run 30min to an hour depending on how many people show, participation isn’t mandatory, & your free to leave if you need to after intro)
👩💻From the 20th on we’ll meet virtually for just 12 mindful minutes at noon every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday till Summer!
🌿Suggestions for independent Mindful Minutes on Thursdays Saturdays and Sundays are given and done on your own at your own leisure time…at home, work or school if you choose.
