✏️The 2026-2027 School Year will shortly be upon us!📚
‼️All Students entering 7th & 12th Grade are required to have updated vaccinations prior to the start of the school year.‼️
The Mineral County Health Department will be visiting both Keyser & Frankfort Middle/High Schools to help provide the opportunity for students to receive these vaccines.
The Requirements & Dates for each school are listed below. ⬇️

📝 Consent Forms Will Be Sent Home With Students. However, If You Do Not Receive A Form, Please Contact Your Child’s School or The Health Department at (304) 788-1321.
