Happy First Day of Spring! 🌸
What better way to kick off a new season than by building a few healthy habits? Spring is the perfect time to refresh your routine—and with March being National Nutrition Month, it’s a great reminder to focus on simple, nourishing choices.
Try this easy recipe for healthy energy bites:

Ingredients:
• 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup old-fashioned oats
• 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Combine peanut butter, oats, flaxseed, and honey in a large bowl. Stir in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to make the mixture easier to handle. Slightly dampen your hands, then roll into 12 bite-sized balls.
Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

We're halfway through Patient Safety Awareness Week, and one of the ways Legacy Home Health Care keeps patients safe is through our Falls Prevention Pathway to Independence—providing fall prevention education, home safety assessments, medication reviews, and personalized exercises to improve strength and balance.
