Comfort for mind, body and spirit yoga class

Saturday July 22nd, and continuing Monday July 24,
Wednesday July 26, Saturday July 29 and Mon., July 31 @ 8am

Wellness Class at Waipuilani Park In place of the yoga class normally held between the tennis and pickleball courts and under the big tree. Throughout the class you will be treated to amazing ocean views!

Focusing on corrective exercises designed to improve your functionality, and self-myo-facia massage techniques using a foam roller. Mats and rollers are available if you don't have these items.

This practice is a great way to start your day, as well as get your body tuned up for any activity.

Cost - $10. Cash, credit card, Venmo, Zelle or a check accepted. Class is 75 minutes long.
