THIS WEDNESDAY Community Tea | Leaves in a Bowl 🍵🌿🔥

Join tea ceremonialist Sephira for a tea ritual offered in the spirit of Cha Dao, the Way of Tea.

Tea leaves are steeped openly in a bowl and shared slowly in silence and stillness.

Together, we’ll receive 4–6 bowls of ceremonial tea, allowing the warmth to soften the body and move gently through the mind, heart, and spirit.

After tea, there will be a gentle space to share what came alive during your experience.

A softer week in the sauna as we begin preparing for seasonal maintenance and renovations. The steam is still flowing early in the week, so come get a session in before we close for a short reset.

At Cure Kauaʻi Cedar Sauna, every day has a different energy, so you can come exactly as you are and find the space that fits you.

MONDAY Co-ed sauna 3–5pm & 5–7pm
Qigong 4:30–5pm
Ear acupuncture 4–4:30pm & 5–6:30pm with Dr. Sinéad Corrigan

WEDNESDAY Co-ed 3–5pm & 5–7pm
Sound bath 4:30–5pm

FRIDAY Co-ed sauna 3–5pm & 5–7pm

Private sessions are also available 9am–1pm (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat), perfect if you want a quieter experience, a date, or just time completely to yourself.

You can sauna, you can cold plunge, you can sit quietly and do nothing for once.
The heat slows your mind, the cold wakes your body, and somehow you leave feeling lighter than you came.

Our Cure wool sauna hats made it all the way to Iceland 💚🌱🌳🌲🌴🌋🔥🧖🏾‍♂️🧖🏻‍♀️ The sauna hat protects your head from overheating as your body (minus the head) moves between the heat and the ice of the cold plunge multiple times over two hours of contrast therapy. It also shields your hair from heat and dryness in the sauna.
