✨ SATURDAY • Valentine Co-ed Sauna 3–5pm) + Galentine Women-only Sauna (5-7pm) + Cacao Ceremony (4:30–5pm) with 🍫🌺

Our Cure wool sauna hats made it all the way to Iceland 💚🌱🌳🌲🌴🌋🔥🧖🏾‍♂️🧖🏻‍♀️ The sauna hat protects your head from overheating as your body (minus the head) moves between the heat and the ice of the cold plunge multiple times over two hours of contrast therapy. It also shields your hair from heat and dryness in the sauna.

Every Monday starting on the 12 Dr Sinéad Corrigan will be offering community acupuncture during the afternoon sauna sessions from 3-7pm 👂🦻📍📌

Wednesday 7 and 21 will be Silent Sauna aka VipasSauna + Wed 7 Anandra George from .in will host her monthly Mantra Chanting from 5-7pm and Wed 21 will host another Musicollage Song Circle 🕉️🗣️🎵🎶

Saturdays 10 and 24 Co-ed sauna will be from 2-4 and 5-7pm + Men's Circle with Henry Edwards from 4-5pm ♂️⚧️🔵🫂

Last Saturday of the month Q***r Sauna is back from 3-5pm followed by regular Co-ed sauna from 5-7pm 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🌈🦄

All other community saunas will be 3-5 and 5-7pm with private sessions available for booking every Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat from 9am to 3pm

Rise from your ashes and join us for a fiery New Year's Eve Wednesday at 🐦‍🔥❄️🏝️ Community ear acupuncture available during Co-ed sauna & cold plunge from 3-5 and 5-7pm. Group qigong from 4:30-5pm with Dr Sinéad Corrigan from .

Sinéad will also be available during private sauna sessions in the mornings and early afternoons. $160 for a full body acupuncture session, $120 kama'āina.
