Massages are often thought of as a "luxury experience" rather than a routine step towards better health and wellness. My goal is to provide an affordable and accessible addition to your self care routine. Receiving regular massage has numerous benefits for your physical, mental, and spiritual health. I attended the Art of Massage Institute in Tyler, Tx in 2022. Upon completion of all classroom and internship hours, I became licensed by the state of Texas as a Massage Therapist. I chose to further my education, receiving certifications in Medical Massage Therapy and Reiki healing. I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic treatments, and I am well versed in many types of massage. I enjoy using my thorough understanding of anatomy and kinesiology to treat acute and chronic pain. Creating a calm and comfortable space to promote health and healing is my main objective. I am happy to answer any and all questions you may have! I have a home studio located in Liberty City, Tx, and I provide mobile in home services, as well.
