The Treatment Center will be closed on Monday due to inclement weather. All massage appointments scheduled for Monday will be rescheduled. I will contact everyone over the weekend. Please stay safe, warm, and check on your loved ones and protect your pets!!! 🥰🥰🥰

To those that I have had to reschedule upcoming appointments this weekend: I am so so sorry! 😭 I am only human. I cannot control the weather nor can I control other people and their decisions. With the sickness going around (myself included!) and now the weather 🌧☔️🌤, everyone's schedules have been disrupted. 🤪 Health and safety are a priority!! I understand everyone's frustration and we will get back to a steady rhythm again for sure!!

Swedish or Deep Tissue? 🤔 Do you prefer Swedish, which incorporates longer, smoother techniques with lighter pressure that targets the superficial muscle layer? Great for those that just want to ease tension and relax. Or, do you prefer Deep Tissue which involves slower, concentrated techniques and firmer pressure? Great for breaking up adhesions in the muscles, chronic pain and stiffness, and helps to improve mobility. I try to incorporate a little of both in my sessions, but my clients are always encouraged to let me know their preference! It's ok to change it up!! ✨️ The good news is, I charge one flat rate whether you choose Swedish or Deep.
