Colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States. The good news? With early screening and testing, it’s preventable, treatable, and beatable! The CDC now recommends beginning colorectal cancer screening at age 45.
There are local, convenient screening options available to you:
🔹 FIT (F***l Immunochemical Test) Screening Cards offered at Coal Country Community Health Center — free during the month of March!
🔹 Colonoscopies offered in Sakakawea Medical Center's fully equipped surgical space.
If you’re 45 or older, visit with your provider about your risk factors, review your options, and make a plan to get screened. 💙
