Coffee & Conversations Monthly Gatherings

This setting is where men and young adults gather together locally every third Saturday of the month. The purpose is to create a safe place and platform where we can come together to talk and discuss the challenges and issues they deal with in life, while receiving encouragement, enrichment, and edification through transparency, vulnerability, and genuine accountability. Greetings Everyone. In an extremely complex, uncertain, and fast paced world, we can find it very difficult to navigate and negotiate through the complexities and vicissitudes that life brings our way. Learning the important lesson of slowing down helps us to reevaluate, reestablish, and renew our focus. In doing so, we learn one of the most valuable lessons that comes from living with a peace of mind, which is contentment. Contentment cannot be found in solely seeking peaceful solutions externally, but is discovered when we look internally for that which we have already been given by the grace of God. Join us on Saturday November 15th from 9am-12pm at Golden Corral in Killeen for our Coffee And Conversations Monthly Men’s Assembly. We will delve into part two of our topic of discussion, “The Commitment Of Learning Contentment.” All men are invited to join us for this time of encouragement, enrichment, and edification.
