Men Encouraging Men!!

Men, if life’s problems are weighing you down and you don’t know who to turn to, come and join us!
If you’re needing a little encouragement, WE HAVE YOUR BACK!!
Joining the men and young adults of Coffee & Conversations, will not only help you, will also show that you are not alone. Take the first step, come out and meet others who are going through or went through the same thing. We pray, we laugh, we have conversations about lifes issues and how to improve yourself as an individual. The men and young adults of Coffe & Conversations would like to invite you to our next sit down being held at Golden Corral in Killeen Tx on the 3rd Saturday of March, from 9am till 12pm. We are here not as blacks, not as whites, or any other race/religion. We are here as brother’s encouraging brothers!!!!!
We look forward to having you join us for words of wisdom, and insight concerning life’s issues. Be prepared to be unprepared!

Greetings. Hope this message finds you well. We live in a culture that speaks emphatically on the importance of the improvement of self. While self-improvement can be an honorable, yet lofty goal, there are many issues in life that come to hinder and impede our ongoing process of growth and development. In Harper Lee's “To Kill a Mockingbird”, he so elequently stated that, “You never really understand a person until you consider things from their point of view... until you climb into their skin and walk around in it" His statement expounds on the importance of understanding yourself well so that you can extend empathy to understand others. Join us on Saturday February 21st from 9am-12pm at Golden Corral in Killeen for our monthly Coffee & Conversations Men’s Assembly. We will delve into the second part of our Topic Of Discussion, “The Sacrifice Of Self-Improvement.” All men and young men are invited for a time of empowerment, enrichment, and edification. Greetings. Hope this message finds you doing well. At the beginning of each new year, people make new year resolutions. The intended purpose of this goal is to start the new year afresh with the sole purpose of making improvements that we deem that are necessary and needed in our lives. While carefully considering that change may be needed, very few recognize and understand the sacrifices and costs involved. In his book entitled, “As A Man Thinketh”, author James Allen explains that, “Many are willing to improve their circumstances, but are unwilling to improve themselves. Therefore they remain bound.” When we endeavor to make outward modifications in our behavior, yet remain the same inwardly, the end result is we will be left with a temporary satisfaction that never leads to lasting fulfillment. Join us on Saturday January 17, 2025 from 9am-12pm at Golden Corral in Killeen for our first assembly of Coffee & Conversations “A Time To Talk” as we delve deeply into our topic of discussion “The Sacrifice Of Self-Inprovement” (Pt.1). This gathering promises to be a time of enrichment, enlightenment, and empowerment. Henry A. Nash will be our facilitator. All men and young men are invited. Looking forward to seeing you there.
