Alexandrea is the founder of Live Consciously, a trauma-informed group practice dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and deeply rooted life patterns. As a therapist, intuitive healer, and highly sensitive person (HSP), she believes in blending science and soul to support true mind-body healing. 🌿

Alexandrea works with individuals navigating complex trauma, childhood wounds, intergenerational trauma, and identity-related stress, including clients from BIPOC and neurodivergent communities. Her work focuses on helping clients move beyond survival mode and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Her approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care, grounded in the neurobiology of trauma and nervous system healing. Sessions focus on helping clients understand their internal system, regulate emotions, and transform old wounds into wisdom.
