🔥 STOP LETTING PEOPLE PLAY WITH YOUR POST-OP RESULTS. 🔥
I’m going to say this loud for the people in the back:
👉 Just because someone uses buzzwords like “wood therapy,” “cavitation,” “cupping,” or “sculpting” does NOT mean they understand post-operative healing.
After surgery, your body is NOT ready for aggressive treatments.
Your tissues are fragile.
Your lymphatic system is overwhelmed.
Your body is in an active healing phase.
And applying aggressive or incorrect techniques too soon can:
❌ Increase inflammation
❌ Disrupt healing tissue
❌ Cause fibrosis or complications
❌ Damage your surgical results
❌ Cost you MORE money trying to fix avoidable problems
Let’s be clear:
👉 YOUR DOCTOR ALREADY SCULPTED YOU.
If a technician or therapist is telling you “Let me sculpt you after surgery,” 🚩 that is a red flag.
Post-operative care is NOT about reshaping your body.
It is about:
✔️ Decongesting tissues
✔️ Supporting lymphatic flow
✔️ Reducing swelling safely
✔️ Protecting healing structures
✔️ Assisting YOUR BODY in recovery — not forcing change.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a MEDICAL massage approach, not a spa trend.
Before allowing anyone to touch your post-op body, ask:
👉 Are they licensed (where required)?
👉 Are they properly trained in post-operative care?
👉 Do they understand healing phases and surgical contraindications?
👉 Can they explain WHY they are doing each technique?
Education matters. Credentials matter. Your results matter.
Don’t let someone experiment on your healing body.
Protect your investment. Protect your health.
