🌟Employee Spotlight!!🌟

Introducing, 🥁 Dana Moyer!

Dana was born and raised in Temple, TX. She and her husband, Nick, have a three-year-old daughter. Dana graduated from Texas State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, specializing in Archaeology, and minors in Geography and Business Administration. During her college years, she changed her major several times, exploring fields such as Nursing, Teaching, and Accounting.

After working as a library assistant at Temple High School, Dana obtained her alternative teaching certification and briefly taught second and sixth grade math. In November 2020, she left teaching to join CTBS, where she has been ever since. She completed her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the University of North Texas in July 2024 and has already passed her BCBA exam in April 2025.

Currently, Dana works as a BCBA at the Temple location. She gained valuable experience observing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at the Oak Creek/Killeen location, which confirmed her passion for the field. She loves working with the kids and appreciates their authenticity.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her family, including her parents, brother, and daughter. She and her mom frequently attend Music Bingo, and she loves reading fantasy, sci-fi, and romance novels. A lifelong Star Wars fan, Dana even had a Star Wars-themed wedding.

Although she chose not to pursue a career in archaeology, Dana has a strong appreciation for museums. She interned with the curator of the Bell County Museum and completed an archaeological field school, where she spent a month excavating at the Antelope Creek dig site in Amarillo.

Thank you, Dana!!

🌟Employee Spotlight!!🌟

Introducing, 🥁 Cassandra Lytle!

Cassandra is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, but she has spent most of her life in the Waco area. She is a proud mom to her 6-year-old daughter, Hailey, and is currently expecting her second child—another little girl named Audrey—due on October 29. Their home is filled with love and chaos, which is magnified by the charm of their two mischievous black cats, Luke and Leia, and her equally mischievous (but very loved) husband, Danny.

Cassandra began her educational journey at MCC, earning a degree and certification to work as an LCDC. However, she soon realized her passions lay elsewhere, which led her back to school to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University. After several years working with children in various roles for the State of Texas, she felt drawn to explore a new path—ultimately bringing her to CTBS.

Supporting children and families has always been close to Cassandra’s heart. She strives to make everyone she works with feel seen, valued, and respected. Becoming part of the autism community has not only given her family a deep sense of belonging but has also provided her with the privilege of contributing to something meaningful—something she hopes to model for her own children.

Outside of work, Cassandra loves spending time with her family, hiking, and exploring the outdoors whenever they can. She is an avid reader with a strong appreciation for cinema, coffee, and architecture.

Thank You, Cassandra!
