Want to RELAX for an hour? Sound Bath THIS Thursday 3/2/23 from 5:30-6:30 at the Lancaster Community Library. If you want to lie down, bring a yoga mat, a blanket & small pillow or if you prefer to sit, bring your own chair or sit in a chair that’s provided. You will go on a sound journey as you listen to singing bowls, drums, bells, etc. Bring a friend. Cost: FREE

Sorry that I had to stop the Sound Baths, unexpectedly. I had a virus for 5 weeks w just coughing a lot (not covid, etc). Then I started seeing double all of the time & one eye wasn’t looking in the same direction as the other eye. After a week in the hospital w lots of testing, the Neurologist thinks the virus damaged the nerve to my eye & it should heal by the summer. Until then, I’m wearing my pirate eye patch bc I don’t see double if one eye is covered.
***I’m starting to schedule Sound Baths. So far, I will have Sound Baths, most Thursday’s, from 5:30-6:30PM at the Lancaster County Library, starting 3/2/23.
More places & dates to follow.
