I’ve been noticing this little one always nearby and watching. It is never rushing or reacting. Even when I come close, it doesn’t run. It simply shifts and stays. How often do we feel like we have to react to everything? What if peace looks like this? Still aware, present but not disturbed.

This was my reminder today: You don’t have to absorb everything around you. You don’t have to respond to every shift in energy. You can remain grounded and simply observe.

Not everything deserves your reaction.
Some things are meant to pass while you remain in your peace.

There’s something sacred about the way God restores you. Not in hiding nor in silence. Sometimes right in front of the very ones who didn’t see your worth. The same people who misunderstood you, dismissed you, or even broke parts of you will witness the peace you now carry, the strength you didn’t have and the version of you that no longer needs their validation.

God doesn’t just heal quietly He rebuilds intentionally as a reminder: What was broken was never the end of your story. What was lost can be restored in a greater way. What tried to diminish you will NEVER define you.

You don’t have to announce your healing or explain your growth. This is very important to hear. When God puts you back together, it speaks for itself.

As I was looking at my wild blackberries growing, I thought about how their growth mirrors our own in real time. They don’t rush. They don’t question if they’re ready. They move through every stage exactly as they’re meant to starting as something small, tightly closed, even unrecognizable before slowly expanding, deepening, and becoming something full and nourishing.

At first, they’re hard, green not ready to be received. Just like us in certain seasons when we’re still learning, still forming, still becoming. Then comes the transition. It’s not instant or forced. A gradual shift color changing, softness developing, sweetness building. Here’s what stood out the most.

They don’t skip stages. A blackberry doesn’t become ripe overnight. It doesn’t compare itself to the one beside it. It doesn’t question its timing. It simply becomes in alignment with its environment, its season, and its design. We are no different.

There are parts of your life that may feel slow right now maybe even a little unfinished… unclear… even uncomfortable. That doesn’t mean nothing is happening. It means something is forming. Something is ripening. Something is preparing you to be received in a way you couldn’t have been before. Every stage has purpose. Just like the blackberry you will know when you’re ready not because you forced it…

This is a message that cane through while I was watering one of my beautiful broccoli plants. There is a common theme consistently appearing about new growth. This is a collective theme. Many people are going through changes or new seasons of their lives. For some of these changes will be an easy transitional phase. For others, these changes will have growing pains. Wherever you find yourself in the phase of the new growth season rest, assure that things are being set up in your favor behind the scenes. This change that is emerging is inevitable. It is meant to purposely interrupt any looming stagnation within your life. Trust the process and know that what is emerging will be in your favor.

Most people are trying to strengthen their intuition but they’re skipping the most important step. Regulation comes before perception.

When your nervous system is dysregulated:
• Everything feels loud
• Signals get distorted
• Emotion gets mistaken for intuition

When your system becomes coherent:
✔ Your signal becomes clear
✔ Your perception sharpens
✔ Your body stops reacting—and starts reading

Here’s the part most don’t realize: Your system is not isolated. It is constantly: scanning, syncing, and responding to the environment around you. Which means a regulated person doesn’t just feel different. They change the space they’re in.

You may enter a calm room and notice your body softens or relaxes. Now if you enter a tense room you will feel your body tense up or tighten. That’s field awareness in real time. When multiple people become coherent at the same time it creates a stable environment.

It’s not about trying to control the outside world. It’s about becoming so clear internally that your presence naturally reduces noise externally.

Coherent people create calmer spaces. That’s where true intuitive accuracy begins.

There are seasons where you bloom like the rose open, heart-forward, and fully seen. Then there are seasons where you move like the blackberry quietly building, protecting your energy, and growing something deeper beneath the surface.

Both are necessary and are sacred. Not every part of your growth is meant to be pretty. However, every part of it is producing something.

Let yourself grow in both ways. Be seen when it’s time to bloom. Trust what’s developing, even when it’s hidden behind thorns.

Last night, I had an experience that I feel is important to share. I was scrolling on TikTok and came across a video labeled as “sound healing.” The moment I hit play, I felt an instant full-body tingling. Within seconds, I became lightheaded and knew something wasn’t right. I turned it off immediately.

Let me say this clearly: Not everything labeled healing is safe for everyone. Sound is powerful. Frequencies do interact with the body but that doesn’t mean every frequency, every tone, or every creator understands how to use them properly. What I experienced wasn’t healing for my body, it was overstimulation.

This is where discernment matters. Your nervous system will always tell you the truth before your mind catches up. If something:
• Feels overwhelming within seconds
• Makes you dizzy or uncomfortable
• Creates pressure, anxiety, or unease

That is your body saying no. Turn it off. No questions asked. There is no healing that requires you to push through discomfort, confusion, or physical distress. Real healing feels grounded, safe, regulating (not overwhelming), and supportive to your body not shocking to it. Just because something is trending or labeled spiritual doesn’t mean it’s aligned for you.

Discernment is part of your intuition. And last night, mine spoke loud and clear. Listen to your body. It knows.

I caught this on my bird feeder camera and it surprised me. Two cardinals, face to face almost like they were kissing. What I was really witnessing was something deeper. Cardinals are known for forming strong, devoted bonds. What looks like a kiss is often the male feeding the female a quiet act of care, trust, and connection. Sometimes love is revealed in the smallest, most gentle exchanges or moments like giving. Love isn’t always something you say. Sometimes it’s something you show softly, consistently, and without needing attention.

I almost didn’t see it at first this walking stick. It blended so perfectly into the tree, it reminded me of something important. Not everything is meant to be loud or to be seen right away. Sometimes you are being asked to move in stillness, observe more than react, discern what’s real beneath the surface, and to protect your energy instead of giving it away.

There are moments in life where being hidden isn’t a setback it’s protection. It’s timing and being in alignment. You don’t have to force your way forward. What’s meant for you will recognize you no matter how quiet you move.

Blocked numbers don’t block energy. Thats not how it works. It connects back to the person making them seen like a spotlight shining upon them. The more you speak the clearer the frequency becomes therefore revealing who you are and your intentions.

Anyone running a business will tell you not every call comes with good intentions. Here’s the thing: You don’t have to respond to everything that comes your way. Discernment is a skill. Boundaries are necessary. Not everything deserves your attention and not everyone deserves your access. Protect your space. Protect your energy.

Have faith in the knowing your spiritual team has you covered. Anyone casting ill will towards someone working in the light will fall upon the mighty sword. Lastly, you must be doing something right if it’s getting under the skin of the haters. It gave me a laugh to know someone took time enough to call a psychic thinking they were disguised. What a du***ss. 😂

Sundew doesn’t chase. It attracts and then it chooses. This plant grows where most things struggle. It doesn’t force survival it adapts. It draws things in but only keeps what actually feeds it. That’s the lesson.

Not everything that comes toward you
is meant to stay. You can be open and still have boundaries. You can receive without overgiving. You can attract without chasing.
