Happy Maintenance Professional Appreciation Day! 🔧

Today we’re proud to recognize Ryan, our Maintenance Director at Aspire, for Maintenance Professional Appreciation Day!

Ryan brings a strong work ethic, curiosity, and hands-on approach to his role every day. One experience he’s especially enjoyed recently has been watching the Aspire building project come to life—from a hole in the ground to a finished structure. Being able to see the entire process unfold while learning about inspections and building codes along the way made the experience even more rewarding.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending meaningful time with friends and family and getting outdoors. He also loves walking his two Huskies, Grim and Zeke, and letting them explore their surroundings. 🐾

Ryan’s eagerness to learn and dedication to his work are just a few of the reasons he is such an outstanding Maintenance Director at Aspire. Thank you, Ryan, for all you do!

Happy National Activity Professionals Week! 🎉💙

Today, we’re excited to spotlight Megan, Life Enrichment Director at Aspire Kimberly. One of her favorite activities to lead is Memory Care outings, where she loves taking residents out into the community and watching them enjoy the little moments we often take for granted. From trips to the park and coffee outings to a recent drive to see Christmas lights, these experiences have created so much joy and connection.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys baking, especially cookies and cakes for her family. 🍪 🎂 A fun and inspiring fact about Megan—she previously owned a bakery in Zambia, supplying grocery stores, restaurants, and even the U.S. Embassy. She lived in Africa for 15 years, where she also started a nonprofit program for orphans and vulnerable children, helping build a school that now supports 100 children with meals and education. Megan is deeply passionate about helping others and embracing culture and community wherever she goes. 🌍❤️

We are so grateful for Megan’s heart, compassion, and dedication to enriching lives every single day! 🌟
