Hi! Meet Darlene 💛

Darlene first came to Heritage Hall King George for short-term rehabilitation and later continued her journey with us in long-term care. But one thing never changed—her determination to regain her independence.

With hard work, dedication, and support from our therapy and care teams, Darlene continued to grow stronger every day. Today, we’re so proud to celebrate her incredible progress and return to independence!

A special thank you to our therapy partners at Continuum Therapy Partners for their role in supporting Darlene along the way 👏

From just a few steps to newfound independence 💛

When Mr. Hamilton was admitted for short-term therapy, he could only walk a few feet at a time. Through determination and hard work—alongside the support of our therapy team—he made incredible progress.

By the time he discharged, Mr. Hamilton was able to safely stand from his wheelchair and walk on his own using his walker.

Stories like his are why we do what we do. We’re so proud to be part of his journey and wish him continued success!

Debbie is always willing to lend a helping hand not only to our residents, but to her peers and newly hired staff. Debbie brings the fun to the 11-7 shift; you never see Debbie without a smile on her face or without something positive to say.
