We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Heather Wheeler, Deputy Director at the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, for visiting Little Arrows Christian Preschool this today!

As part of Virginia Agriculture Literacy Week, she shared this year’s featured book, Farm Boots by Lisl H. Detlefsen, with our students. The story gave our children a fun and meaningful look into the many roles farmers play throughout the seasons and how important agriculture is in our everyday lives.

We are so grateful for the time she spent with our preschoolers and for helping us bring learning to life in such a special way. Experiences like this make a lasting impact on our little learners!

Thank you again for pouring into our students, we loved having you at LACP!

Little Arrows Christian Preschool is now accepting enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year! We offer classes for ages 2, 3, and 4, with 3-day (Tues–Thurs) and 5-day options, plus extended care for 5-day students. Potty-training requirements for 3-year-olds are case by case. Our LACP hearts were so sad on Friday as we said goodbye to sweet Max. 💛 We have loved watching him grow, learn, and shine during his time with us. He has brought so much joy to our days, and he will be deeply missed by all of us. We’re praying blessings over Max and his family as they step into this new chapter — may it be filled with happiness, growth, and God’s favor every step of the way.

What an exciting surprise today! Our local firefighters stopped by with their fire truck, giving us the chance to learn, explore, and climb inside. We’re so thankful for their time and service to our community! Thank you King George Fire Department❤️🚒
